Aurora report

A reasonably bright aurora was visible in the north of Ireland on 4 October
21:00 - 22:30 UT (possibly later also).
The exact location was Bangor, County Down - that is about the same latitude
as Belfast. Display started as quiet arc at about 15 degrees above north
horizon and developed curved 'curtains' reaching to about 60 degrees above
the horizon.
